Application Process
We understand that the application process, traveling for interviews, and potentially relocating can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make this experience as smooth and supportive as possible. Nancy Jaime, our Fellowship Program Coordinator, is here to assist you every step of the way and ensure the process is seamless.
The Kofinas Fertility Group x The Brooklyn Hospital Center Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship participates in ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).
Interested applicants should complete the online ERAS application. Once your application is received, you will be contacted via email with next steps.
We are currently accepting applications for fellowship positions for the 2027–2028 academic year. We would be delighted to host interested applicants for an on-site visit to tour our facility. Please reach out to Nancy Jaime to schedule your visit.
Application Deadline: Friday, May 1, 2026
Invitations for interviews will be emailed on: Thursday, June 4, 2026
Applicants must accept or decline the interview by: Friday, June 11, 2026
All applicants will be informed of their status on: Friday, June 19, 2026
Interviews for 2027 to be held on: Monday, August 3 and Tuesday, August 18, 2026
