Unlike traditional fellowships, this program offers high-volume, hands-on surgical training in a specialized ambulatory setting, where fellows are directly involved in procedures from diagnosis through treatment.
The focus on fertility-preserving, minimally invasive surgery—combined with comprehensive reproductive care—creates a uniquely integrated and surgically robust REI training experience.

Comprehensive Clinical Expertise in Reproductive Medicine
Fellows develop a strong foundation in diagnosing and managing the full spectrum of reproductive conditions. This includes infertility, ovarian stimulation and assisted reproductive technologies (ART), hormonal and endocrine disorders, and complex conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, and disorders of the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian-adrenal axis.

Advanced Fertility Care & Innovation
Training emphasizes modern, evidence-based fertility treatments, including ART, fertility preservation, oncofertility, and genetic considerations. Fellows gain experience managing both routine and highly complex cases, preparing them to deliver cutting-edge care in a rapidly evolving field.

Inclusive & Ethical Reproductive Care
We are committed to training physicians who lead with integrity and inclusivity. Fellows learn to navigate the ethical, legal, and social dimensions of reproductive medicine—including third-party reproduction, gamete donation, and fertility preservation—while providing affirming, knowledgeable care to LGBTQ+ individuals and diverse patient populations.

Procedural & Surgical Excellence
Fellows gain hands on experience in the full range of procedures essential to REI practice. This includes embryo transfer, oocyte retrieval, hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and advanced reproductive imaging techniques such as transvaginal ultrasound, hysterosonography, and hysterosalpingography. The goal is to build both technical precision and clinical confidence.
