Fellows in the Brooklyn Hospital–Kofinas Fertility REI Fellowship Program will be embedded in a highly collaborative, physician-led clinical environment, working closely with the multidisciplinary team at Kofinas Fertility Group. This collaboration is designed to integrate fellows into a model of care that prioritizes clinical excellence, individualized treatment, and seamless teamwork across all aspects of reproductive medicine.

We bring together reproductive endocrinologists, OB/GYN specialists, embryologists, geneticists, and dedicated nursing and support staff to deliver comprehensive fertility care. Fellows will participate directly in this multidisciplinary structure, gaining exposure to coordinated patient management where treatment plans are developed collectively and refined through continuous communication among providers. This environment reflects best practices in modern fertility care, where dynamic collaboration and shared decision making are essential to managing complex and evolving patient needs.
